Youth Economic Empowerment
The Youth Economic Empowerment Program is designed to equip young people in Brooklyn and Liberia with the knowledge, skills, and opportunities to achieve financial independence and drive economic growth in their communities. Many youth face barriers such as limited access to education, job training, and entrepreneurship opportunities, which restrict their ability to participate fully in the economy. This program addresses these challenges through workshops, mentorship, internships, and entrepreneurship training, helping participants develop critical financial, business, and professional skills.
In addition to practical skills, the program fosters leadership, confidence, and a mindset for innovation. Youth participants gain exposure to career pathways, business opportunities, and networks that enable them to turn ideas into sustainable ventures. By empowering young people economically, the program creates ripple effects that strengthen families, stimulate local economies, and promote long-term community development.
Funding this program directly supports youth in building their skills, launching enterprises, and achieving financial independence, creating a generation of leaders capable of transforming their communities.
