Trauma Resource Support

The Trauma Resource Support Program provides vital resources and care for individuals and families in Liberia who are coping with the lasting effects of trauma. Many in these communities have experienced cycles of violence, poverty, displacement, or health crises, yet lack access to mental health services and culturally sensitive support. This program bridges that gap by offering trauma-informed counseling, peer support groups, crisis intervention, and connections to essential community resources.

In addition to direct services, the program equips community leaders, educators, and caregivers with training to recognize and respond to trauma in constructive ways, creating safer and more supportive environments for healing. By addressing trauma at both the individual and community level, we help break cycles of pain and build pathways toward resilience, stability, and empowerment.

Funding this program means creating spaces of safety and hope where people can heal, rebuild, and reclaim their potential to thrive.
