Mental Health Awareness Campaign

Empowering communities to prioritize mental well-being and resilience.

The Mental Health Awareness Campaign is dedicated to breaking the stigma around mental health and increasing access to support in under-served communities in Brooklyn and Liberia. Many individuals face challenges such as stress, trauma, depression, and anxiety without adequate resources or safe spaces to seek help.

How We Drive Awareness and Support

Our campaign promotes understanding, empathy, and proactive support by providing:

  • Public Education: Raising awareness through engaging workshops, community forums, and media initiatives.

  • Practical Tools: Offering actionable coping strategies to help individuals manage stress, trauma, and anxiety.

  • Community Training: Equipping local leaders, educators, and peer mentors to recognize mental health needs and guide community members toward resources and care.

  • Stigma Reduction: Creating safe spaces and promoting empathy to ensure mental health is recognized and valued.

Why This Matters

Funding this campaign allows us to expand workshops, provide educational materials, and reach more people. By breaking the stigma and promoting proactive support, the campaign empowers individuals to prioritize their mental well-being and strengthens the resilience of entire communities.
