Liberian Heritage & History Program

The Liberian Heritage & History Program is dedicated to preserving, celebrating, and passing down the rich cultural legacy of Liberia to future generations. Too often, young people grow up disconnected from their roots, and vital traditions, stories, and histories risk being lost. This program seeks to change that by creating meaningful opportunities for learning, storytelling, and cultural exchange.

Through workshops, exhibits, school partnerships, and intergenerational gatherings, participants explore Liberia’s history, customs, language, and contributions to the world. The program also highlights the resilience and creativity of the Liberian people, fostering pride and connection among Liberians both at home and in the diaspora.
